Q: How do I pay?
A: At the time of the initial meeting you will need to provide us with a major credit card we can use for billing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept check debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

Alpha Pet Care does not accept checks.

Q: When is payment due?
A: That depends on the type of care you've reserved:

payment for non-recurring services such as occasional pet sitting will be charged one day prior to the start date.

payment for recurring services such as weekly dog walking or doggie daycamp will be charged according to your preference, either weekly or bi-weekly, on the first Monday of your respective billing cycle.

Q: When is payment due for Overnight Care?
A: Because of limited availability, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged for all Overnight Care reservations at the time your reservation is confirmed by your pet sitter. The remaining balance will be charged one day prior to the start date.

Q: Is there an additional fee for Holiday reservations?
A: No. Alpha does not impose a holiday surcharge. However we do charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for all reservations that overlap the following holidays periods: -Thanksgiving weekend (Thu - Sun)
-December 24th - Jan 1st
-Memorial Day weekend (Fri - Mon)
-Independence Day
-Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon)

Q: Is there a fee for the initial meeting?
A: The fee is waived if you confirm your reservation. Otherwise, if the meeting is scheduled by itself, without a confirmed reservation there is an $18 fee.

Q: Can I get a receipt?
A: Yes, we will email you a detailed receipt. In order to minimize waste, Alpha does not provide paper invoices.
