Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Services scheduled within 24-hours of cancellation are non-refundable. Services scheduled beyond 24-hours can be cancelled without penalty or credited/refunded if already billed.
Deposits for Overnight Care and Holiday reservations are non-refundable and are forfeited if service is cancelled.
Q: How do I cancel my weekly services such as Doggy Daycamp or Dog Walking?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible, your enrollment & billing will conclude at the the end of your current billing cycle.
